  An Application for Graduation and diploma order form must be completed and hand-carried to Records
• October 29, 2004
  A "Request for Final Oral Examination" must be filed with the Graduate Dean's Office.
• November 12, 2004
  Last day to conduct a Final Oral Examination.
• November 22, 2004
  All final copies of the dissertation must be brought to the Graduate Dean's Office for final approval.
