Maximum of $12,000 per year for domestic study
Conditions of Eligiblity:
United States citizen.
Enrolled at an accredited U.S. institution of higher education
Pursuing a graduate degree
Must be at an advanced level if studying French or Spanish
Must have a clearly articulated plan of language study
Preference will be given to applicants who will study in particular
countries; study particular languages; study particular fields; study
abroad for an academic year; and will make a commitment to a career
in federal service.
