Tim Hausman
Tim Hausman BS’88 is the director of corporate relations at The University of Texas at Dallas. Hausman joined the Office of Development and Alumni Relations after 11 years strengthening the donor network at the University of Missouri. During his time at Missouri, Hausman held development positions in the schools of medicine and health professions, and the colleges of engineering and business. He also served as director of the Office of Career and Professional Development for the college of engineering, and as a member of the national executive committee for the Engineering Development Forum.
Hausman earned a bachelor’s in business administration from UT Dallas. He received a law degree from the University of Missouri and is a PhD candidate in higher education administration.
Prior to his development career, Hausman worked for almost nine years in the legal profession.
At UT Dallas, Hausman focuses on cultivating and supporting mutually beneficial long-term relationships with local and national corporations. Corporations generously give almost 80 percent of the philanthropic gifts made to the University.
