Post secondary Education Programs Network (PEPNet) - PEPNet is the national collaboration of the four Regional Post secondary Education Centers for Individuals who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing. The Centers are supported by contracts with the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services. The goal of PEPNet is to assist post secondary institutions across the nation to attract and effectively serve individuals who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
