Diversity Award Nominations

About

The Diversity Awards recognizes individuals who have committed to embracing, enhancing, and celebrating diversity at all levels of the University of Texas at Dallas. The contributions from students, student organizations, staff, faculty and the community continue to advance diversity and sustain inclusion at our campus.

  • Nominees should be current students, staff, faculty and student organizations. Nominees may also be community members or community organizations. Nominations will be accepted by all members of the UT Dallas community.
  • Nominations will be evaluated for outstanding accomplishments in achieving and sustaining diversity percal at the University of Texas at Dallas and the broader community.
  • Nominations will be evaluated by committee appointed by the Vice President of Diversity and Community Engagement inclusive of representatives from the Student Equity Council, Staff Council and Committee for Support of Diversity and Equity.

Dates

The deadline for a nomination is 5:00PM on March 30, 2017.

The Diversity Awards Ceremony and Soirée will be held on April 20, 2017.
