Stefan's view on Diversity and Multiculturalism :

Diversity is paramount to advancement of science. As an educator I foster the passion for science in all my students regardless to their race, gender, or culture. Science provides an excellent avenue for multicultural interaction where the exchange of scientific ideas compensates for the different languages spoken by the people working in the same laboratory.
