    • ERG organizers inform ERG Coordinators of interest in forming a new ERG
  • 30 - 60 Days

    • Complete ERG Application
    • Create mission statement and charter.
    • Submit Application & Charter for approval
    • Identify an Executive Sponsor
    • Define membership criteria
  • 15 - 30 Days

    • Set Goals for first 12-18 mos.
    • Determine leadership team
    • Identify measures of success
    • Consider a budget
  • First General Meeting

  • First General Meeting!

    • Draft ideas for programs/events
    • Decide on when to have meetings
    • Solicit names for the group
    • Get feedback on the mission statement & charter
