Download Survey Results

To download your results, log into Snap Online, and click on the Surveys tab.  Click on the survey you want to see the results for. 

In the bottom section of the page, you should see an area labeled Completes, and there is a link labeled “Download Results” (or some wording similar to that).  Once you’ve downloaded the results the first time, if you go back, the link text will change to “Previous Downloads”.

Click the link and save the file to your computer.

- Now open up Snap Surveys, and open the survey you are analyzing the data for. 

- Click on the Data Entry button . Go to File >> Import. 

- If needed, change Format to “MAIL format – from txt files”. Browse to find your txt file, then click [ok].

- Your data will be imported into the survey, and you will get a msg that looks like the following:

- Click [ok], then [done]. Now click on the Questionnaire button.

- Click the Data View Mode button .

- From the drop-down, choose Counts.

- You can now select to either look at absolute response values or percentages.
