Credit By Exam
Course credit may be established through testing programs such as the Advanced Placement Program (AP), the College Level Examination Program, and the International Baccalaureate.

Transfer Credit
The university accepts for transfer credit only academic post-secondary course work completed with a grade of C or better at regionally accredited institutions of higher education. UT Dallas does not grant credit for nonacademic course work, such as vocational, developmental or remedial studies, nor does it grant credit for prior experiential learning.
