Domestic Application Fees and Deadlines

All fees are non-refundable

  • The non-refundable application fee is $50 for applications submitted ON or BEFORE the Application Deadline Without a Late Fee date.
  • The non-refundable application fee is $125 for applications submitted AFTER the Application Deadline Without a Late Fee date.
  • Applicants with international academic documents will be assessed an additional foreign credential evaluation fee of $50.
  • Applications and all supporting documents and transcripts must be postmarked by the Application and Documentation Deadline.
  • For any incomplete application packets submitted after the application and documentation deadline, a new application must be completed and submitted for any future terms for which you wish to apply.
  • Individual graduate programs may have earlier application deadlines. Please check the program's web site, and/or contact the program directly for more information. Contact information for programs can be found on the UT Dallas Graduate Admissions page.

International Student Application Fees and Deadlines

All fees are non-refundable

  • Applicants with international academic documents will be assessed an additional foreign credential evaluation fee of $50.
  • All international visa holders, regardless of visa type, must adhere to the International Application Deadlines (see chart below).
  • Applications and all supporting documents and transcripts, with the exception of courses in progress, must be postmarked by the Application and Documentation Deadline.
  • A new application must be completed and submitted for consideration for any subsequent semester for all incomplete applications after the posted Documentation Deadline.

UT Dallas encourages all students to submit a COMPLETE application as early as possible, as it can take from 4 to 6 weeks to process. Complete application files (application and all required documents) submitted by the Application and Documentation Deadline will be processed; however, a decision may not be reached in time for students to avoid late registration.
