Transfer Admission RequirementsUT Dallas accepts transfer admission applications for fall, spring and summer semesters from students who have begun their college work and are in good standing at other institutions of higher education. Your qualifications, which are based on how many transferable semester credit hours you have earned, determine your admissions criteria. Transfer Student CostsThe cost of college varies from student to student, even at the same university, but based on current experience, a Texas resident enrolling in 12 undergraduate semester hours for the fall 2010 semester could expect to pay tuition and fees of approximately $4,272 per semester. For more information about costs, visit the Bursar's Office. The UT Dallas Financial Aid Office has information on financial assistance based on need. Transfer ScholarshipsThere are several scholarships available specifically for transfer students. Refer to the Transfer Scholarships section in the Financial Aid web page. We'll Waive Your Application FeePreview Friday gives undergraduate transfer students an opportunity to learn about UT Dallas. And if you attend a Preview Friday during spring and apply online for fall, we'll waive your $50 application fee. |
