Housing OptionsLiving on campus can be a perfect way to transition to college life, offering students greater freedom, more responsibility, in a fun environment with lots of opportunities geared toward discovering more about themselves and making friends in the process. University Village offers students the convenience and comforts of home, within walking distance to class. First year students who choose to live on campus will reside in the University Village residence halls.
The new suite-style residence halls offers living learning communities, which house
students together with similar interests and majors. The hall includes a mix of three bedroom,
single-bath suites. The furnished suites feature a shared entry, and living
areas with built-in counters and an alcove for students to place a small refrigerator.
The suites also have a shared bathroom with a shower, toilet and a vanity with three
sinks. In addition, the residence hall has large, open communal spaces and numerous
study areas.
Housing is available through University Village and Waterview Park apartments for non-first year students, including sophomores, juniors, seniors or graduate students. First year students living on campus are required to purchase a University meal plan. The 28,000-square-foot dining hall has space for students, faculty and staff to mingle, relax and dine.
The dining facility is open seven days a week. Students not required to participate in
the meal plan program can choose to purchase one of variety optional meal plans.
