Freshmen Housing

Freshmen have the option of living in apartment style housing. Depending on availability, 4 bedroom / 2 bath apartments are amongst the floorplans available for freshmen in University Village on campus.

Non-Freshmen Housing

Non-Freshmen can also apply to live in the University Village Apartments, although availability is first come first serve. Students wanting to live on campus should apply as soon as possible to get an apartment in Waterview.

Off Campus Housing

There are multiple apartment complexes in and around the Richardson/Plano metroplex that cater to UTD students.
