Thomas L. Brunell’s (Ph.D. University of California, Irvine) interests revolve around the United States Congress.
He studies elections, electoral systems, political parties, and interests groups.
He is currently working on a series of articles on representation, redistricting, and the Voting Rights Act.
Brunell also studies the role of the European Court of Justice in the integration process.
