About The Publication
The UTD Mercury is the student newspaper for UT Dallas. They publish 5,000 copies every other Monday during the fall and spring semesters, and every third Monday during the summer. It is distributed for free around campus or at the UTD newsroom in the Student Union.

How To Submit Your Event
The UTD Mercury offers discounted rates to on-campus advertisers. The on-campus display rate is $5 per column inch. See the following form for a more detailed description of print advertising rates:
On-Campus Advertising Rate Sheet
The rate for inserts is $80 per thousand, or $560 for the full 7,000-copy run. The rate is the same regardless of on- or off-campus status.
Complete and submit the following form to order advertising space:
Payment must be received by the Monday prior to publication in order for the ad to run. You can pay by check, made payable to “The UTD Mercury” and mailed to the address above, or you can pay by credit card through PayPal on The UTD Mercury website.
