Students and Student Organizations

All students and student groups must submit an application for use of facilities through the Student Union Event Management office (x2945) for the use of any room on campus.

Faculty, Staff, Off-Campus Organizations

All off-campus organizations and businesses must get approval from the President's Office (972.883.2203) to reserve rooms.

These forms and contacts are not for student use.

Additional information about certain rooms can be accessed by clicking the symbol next to the room number.
