Charter Transportation Request Form

Arrange Transportation for Your Event

Transportation Services will arrange transportation for your local event, group travel, airport transfers, or mini-tour.  Simply complete the Charter Transportation Request Form and submit by e-mail to transit@utdallas.edu .  With the Request Form you may request quotes for services or provide authorization to complete the arrangements.

Promote Your Event on the Buses

The campus bus system operates two transit-type buses each of which offers the opportunity to advertise your event in either print or  video media.  The two buses operating on Route 883 are visible on campus and to the local community six days a week, 10 - 16 hours a day.  There is no charge to University departments and affiliates for advertising.  Display dates may be specified, however requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Buses are equipped with interior and exterior frames for print advertising as well as onboard DVD players.

Each bus has two 30-foot long interior frames installed length-wise above the windows.  These frames accommodate print advertising on heavy but flexible card 15-mm styrene sign stock 11” in height and any length up to 30’.

Each bus has one exterior frame on the rear of the bus.  These accommodate 3-mm Coroplast ad board measuring 72 3/8" wide X 21 3/16" tall.  The dimensions of the visible sign are 69 1/2" wide X 20" tall.

Video ads must be submitted as a video format data file.  Individual ads will be combined with other departments’ videos on a single disc for continuous-loop play.  Audio should be kept to a minimum.
