Dear Colleagues,

Please review the following details about undergraduate research events scheduled for the week of April 11. These events will help undergraduates make informed decisions about pursuing research opportunities and will assist researchers from all disciplines with efficiently identifying undergraduate researchers.

Our Faculty/Transfer Student Research Mixer and Match Day events may be of particular interest to research assistants, postdoctoral researchers and faculty, as they reduce the costs and time associated with finding qualified and motivated undergraduates to assist with research projects. Faculty who engage undergraduates in research enhance grant applications by demonstrating mentorship, identify quality researchers for future graduate work and are eligible for awards such as the Provost's Award for Faculty Excellence in Undergraduate Research Mentoring

See the following dates and times for all Undergraduate Research Week events. Please use the Undergraduate Research Faculty Interest Form to view details and formally register for these events and other undergraduate research engagement opportunities. Thank you in advance for your consideration and for sharing this with your colleagues and undergraduates.
