As final exams begin and we look toward the next academic year, we are seeking your help in guiding our next class of new transfer students at UT Dallas.

The Transfer Mentor Program helps ensure that new transfer students are engaged and feel a sense of belonging at UT Dallas.

The program matches an incoming transfer student with a mentor who can provide support, encouragement and helpful advice. Over the last five years of the program, students have benefited from close contact with an experienced peer who has already successfully navigated the transfer process and first year at UT Dallas.

Some of the benefits of the program include earning service hours, leadership development, enhancing communication skills, exclusive events and workshops, and, potentially, a lifelong friendship between you and your mentee.
