Postdoctoral Fellow/Research Scientist
The School of Natural Sciences and Mathematics
Position available to study the molecular mechanisms by which oxygen is sensed in eukaryotic cells and the mechanisms by which heme controls diverse cellular processes (http://www.utdallas.edu/biology/faculty/research/zhang.html).
Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree with strong background and research experience in microarray gene expression profiling, protein chemistry, mammalian tissue culture techniques, RNA analysis, cell imaging analyses, and various protein detection and analysis techniques. Applicants should have many years of laboratory experience and the experience of supervising and collaborating with other researchers.
