Employees who have not paid by January 12, 2010 will be assessed all applicable late fees.

Consequences of Non-Payment:
- Per Section 54.007(d) of the Texas Education Code: "A STUDENT WHO FAILS TO MAKE FULL PAYMENT OF TUITION AND FEES, INCLUDING ANY INCIDENTAL FEES, BY THE DUE DATE MAY BE PROHIBITED FROM REGISTERING FOR CLASSES UNTIL FULL PAYMENT IS MADE. A STUDENT WHO FAILS TO MAKE PAYMENT PRIOR TO THE END OF THE SEMESTER MAY BE DENIED CREDIT FOR THE WORK DONE THAT SEMESTER."
- If the student does not wish to be enrolled in classes for which they have registered, then it is the student's responsibility to drop the classes as soon as possible to avoid incurring penalties as indicated in the above table.
- Non-payment may also result in the University dropping the student from classes.
Refund Information
Financial Aid Refunds will be mailed starting January 7, 2010.
Refunds for dropping or withdrawing from the University will be generated once classes begin. The amount depends on whether or not you remain enrolled in other courses. If you drop a class and later withdraw, your refund will reflect the combination of dropped classes and the remaining hours at the time of withdrawal. If you drop all of your courses (withdraw from school) online, your account balance will need to be adjusted.
Refund Schedule
In accordance with section 54.006 of the Texas Education Code, the following refund schedule is in effect for the Spring 2010 semester. Please note that all students are subject to this refund policy and it is imperative that the student withdraw before the first official class day of the semester, in order to alleviate any financial responsibility for the classes.
