How can I make payment?
Payment for classes may be made online, in person, by mail or wire transfer. A list of payment options can be found at http://finance.utdallas.edu/bursar/payment-options.html
Can I make payment over the phone?
We do not accept payment for tuition over the phone. A list of payment options may be found at http://finance.utdallas.edu/bursar/payment-options.html.
How do I send an international wire payment to UT Dallas?
UT Dallas has partnered with peerTransfer to provide international wire transfers at a savings to international students. Learn more by visiting our Payment Options page.
Can UT Dallas accept a demand draft from a foreign financial institution for payment?
The University will accept a foreign demand draft if the draft is drawn on a U.S. bank and in U.S. currency. See our Payment Options page for information on alternate payment methods for international students.
I can't log into EZPay because I've forgotten my Net ID or password, who do I need to contact?
If you do not know your Net ID, visit https://netid.utdallas.edu/guam/ssnlogin or contact the Help Desk at assist@utdallas.edu or 972-883-2911.
Who do I make my check out to?
Checks may be made payable to The University of Texas at Dallas.
I haven't received a bill. Do I need to make payment?
You are responsible for making your tuition and fee payment by the payment deadline stated in the Academic Calendar whether or not you receive a bill. Payment deadlines for each term may be found on either the UT Dallas Bursar Tuition and Fees Page page or the Academic Calendar.
How do I sign up for the installment contract?
Arrangements to pay tuition by installment may be made online through EZPay. You must sign up online for each semester you want to pay by installments. You will need to set up the installment plan at least one day before the payment deadline. The installment option will not be available on the payment deadline. More information on paying by installment may be found on our payment options page.
Can my Bookstore purchases be charged through my student account?
Financial Aid students whose aid has not yet been processed may apply for a Bookstore Voucher from the Financial Aid Office. When the student's aid is applied to their student account, the amount of the book voucher will be deducted from the total award.
Can I pay for my Waterview rent at the Bursar Office?
The Bursar Office does not take payments for rent at the Waterview Apartments. Rent must be paid at the Waterview Leasing Office or online. All questions regarding the payment of rent should be addressed to the Waterview Leasing Office.
How can I make payment to UTD?
Payment may be made online, by mail, or in person. Please visit our Payment Options page for more details.
My check is not going to clear, what do I need to do?

My employer is willing to pay for my tuition, will you bill them directly?
UTD currently works with many vendors and sponsors that pay tuition and fees on the student's behalf. A list of many of the third parties we accept payments from can be found here. Please visit our Third Party Billing web page for detailed information regarding arranging for a third party to pay for your tuition and fees. I have a Texas Tomorrow card. Who do I need to give it to?
Signed Texas Tomorrow cards along with the student’s driver license can be emailed, faxed or brought in person to the Bursar’s Office. You can email the Texas Tomorrow cards to cwl022000@utdallas.edu or fax them to 972-883-6464 to the attention of Cynthia.
I don't see my scholarship or financial aid posted to my account. What do I need to do?
Please contact the appropriate Financial Aid Office Representative to determine what steps need to be taken to ensure your funds are posted and your registration is maintained.
My account has been sent to collections, what do I need to do?
If your account has been sent to a collection agency, please contact the collection agency to arrange payment of your account. For questions regarding your balance, please contact Kevin Dillin at (972) 883-2601 or kmd018200@utdallas.edu
