Dates to Remember
- The regular payment deadline for Spring 2012 is January 12, 2012.
- The Bursar's Office will be closed January 16 for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
- The payment deadline for financial aid recipients for Spring 2012 is January 31, 2012
Important Announcements
- 1098t forms for 2011 will be available after January 31. Please visit our 1098t web page for more information.
- The Bursar’s office has implemented a virtual line and service will be by appointment only.
- Students are able to set appointments from any cell phone or land-line phone and will be given an estimated time to head to the Bursar’s office for assistance.
- Appointments can be made during normal business hours by calling 1-855-883-7537 or text “UT Dallas” to 626-414-3210. Standard Text messaging rates will apply.
- Students who are close to their estimated wait time should proceed to the 2nd Floor of the Student Services Building and wait for their name or number to be called by a Bursar office cashier.
- If you experience any major issues with our virtual line service, please contact Rick Grant at 972-883-6296.

**Financial Aid recipients who have met the necessary requirements have an extended deadline only to allow time for their aid funds to be awarded and pay their tuition. Alternative payment arrangements must be made to avoid possible cancellation of classes and/or late fees if aid is not received by the posted deadline. EXTENDED PAYMENT DEADLINE DOES NOT APPLY TO THE REFUND SCHEDULE. PLEASE WITHDRAW BEFORE 1ST CLASS DAY TO AVOID PENALTY.
