Parking Office
General Information
- The operation of a motor vehicle or bicycle on The University of Texas at Dallas campus is a PRIVILEGE granted by the University in accordance with the Texas Education Code.
- All faculty, staff, and students in possession or control of a motor vehicle that is parked on the University campus are required to purchase and properly display a valid UTDallas parking permit. This requirement applies to parking at the University Village and Waterview Park residential complexes and at the residence hall.

The Office is located in the Bursar Office on the lower level of the McDermott Library. The Parking Services Office is a business office of the University and follows the University calendar .

Visitor & Information Center
The Visitor & Information Center is temporarily located on University Parkway just north of the campus entrance from Campbell Road and is staffed during the following hours:

6:00am - 11:00pm
Closed Saturdays & Sundays
Parking passes for visitors, vendors, contractors, and other University guests are available at the Information Center along with campus maps.
Visiting UTDallas After Normal Business Hours
When the Visitor Information Center is closed, temporary parking passes may be obtained at the UTDallas Police Department, which is located on Floyd Road just southeast of Synergy Park Boulevard. Please see the campus map.
