Scholarships
Awards for scholarships, fellowships and other awards are granted at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Refer to the Administrative Policies and Procedures 
manual for more details on the scholarship awards program. Apply using the “Appointment Form for Graduate School Scholarships, Fellowships and Other Awards” 
for graduate students and the “Appointment Form for Undergraduate School Scholarships, Fellowships and Other Awards.” for undergraduate students.
Complete these forms with close attention to factors such as whether the scholarship is competitive, whether it is being awarded to a degree-seeking student, whether services are required, and whether the student qualifies for resident tuition. Obtain the appropriate signature approvals and return the completed form to Payroll for processing and forwarding to Financial Aid.
