About the Reports
The Executive Management Reports are designed to provide senior management with relevant, timely and easily understood financial status information. They are displayed in hierarchical format, starting with the highest level which is the fund, followed by division or school and department. Supplemental lower level detail reports showing data at the account level are also provided. The reports are produced and distributed on a monthly basis.
The Fund Balances report is relevant to those organizational units that can carry forward funds from the previous fiscal year. The report shows a complete picture of the status of these funds as of the date noted. The Budgets vs. Actuals Report is a fiscal year view of the latest budgets, the results to date for revenues and expenses, open commitments and the remaining budget.
