Living on campus can be one of the best moves you make. You’re not only joining the UT Dallas campus community, you’ll also have a place of your own to call home.

All freshmen who choose to live on campus are required to live in University Village. In the fall of 2009 a new suite-style 400-bed residence hall is scheduled to open.
Prices and Floor Plans for Freshman Apartments at University Village
The rental rate for fall 2008 for freshman apartments in University Village (Buildings 53-67) is $426 per person per month, which includes electric, water, sewage, garbage collection, cable and Internet service.
- Residential Life staff will assign housing in these apartments.
- All units are unfurnished.
- Information included in the housing booklet is current as of the date of publication. Applicants will be notified of any changes.
Apartment Tours and Information
Please contact University Village at 972-792-9100 to schedule a model unit tour. Apartment office hours are Monday-Friday 10 a.m.-7 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m.-5 p.m., or Sunday 1-5 p.m.
Campus tours also may be scheduled weekdays at 10 a.m. or 2 p.m. through the Office of Enrollment Services.
