Pay Your Rent, Deposit or Fees Online
- Go to www.rentpayment.com.
- Click Pay Now located at the top right of the page.
- Click Make Payment under First Time User.
- Type University Village at Dallas in the Property Information box and click Search Property.
- Click Make Payment Now next to University Village at Dallas.
- If you are applying for housing, enter in your personal information as prompted, including the application fee ($35) and security deposit ($100).
If you are a current resident, enter in your personal information as prompted, including the rent amount that you want to pay.
- Click Continue at the bottom of the page.
- You are now on the Choose Payment Method page.
If you would like to set up Automatic Payments from your checking or savings account, click Auto Pay and follow the instructions. If you would like to make a one time payment, you can choose between paying with your checking or savings account, Visa, Discover, or Master card, or your ATM debit card as long as either the Star, Pulse, or NYSE logo appears on the back of your card.
Please Note: The rent payment system charges a $12.95 fee per transaction.
- Once you are finished entering your payment method of choice, click Continue.
- Verify your payment information and click Pay Now.
Next time you need to pay your rent online, enter in your user name and password and your rent payment account will be retrieved. Submit a Service Request Online
- Go to https://www.accway.com.
- If you have not already created an account, click Don't Have Any Account Yet.
- Enter the personal information requested. Be sure to enter the email address that is in your lease file and to fill in all fields marked with an asterisk since those are required fields.
- You will receive your new password via email.
- Log on to https://www.accway.com again and enter your new password.
- Your general lease information will appear on your home page. Go to the Service Request tab.
- Enter as much detail as possible regarding your service request and click Submit Service Request at the bottom of the page.

I have more than one email address. Which one should I enter when I create an account?
The information that you enter must match the information that is in your lease file.
What do I do if an error shows when I try to create my account?
This happens when the information that you have entered does not match the information that is in your file. Double check the information that you have entered, and try again. If your information is not accepted on the second try, you will need to contact the leasing office to update the information in your file. You can reach the University Village office at 972-792-9100.
What if I want to reset my password?
Go to the My Profile tab at the top of the page. If you scroll to the bottom of the page you will see Change Password. This will take you to a page where you can reset your password.
What if I do not remember my account password?
The University Village office will not have access to your password. You must click the Forgot your password link on the Log In page. Enter your email address on this page, and it will email your password to you.
What if I have an emergency maintenance request?
Do not enter an emergency maintenance request online. You must call all emergency maintenance at 214-287-6642.
