Yes, and I like the freedom to practice organized chaos.

Video editing, video game design, art, Japanese language/culture and thinking.

What is something that people may not know about you?
I always wear headphones so that I’m always prepared to groove!

Why did you decide to become an Orientation Team Mentor?
Since UT Dallas gave me so much academically and socially in my life, I wanted to give back and share that experience with others looking for a similar college life. Also, I love interacting with people and helping out in any way possible.

What advice do you have for the freshman class coming to UT Dallas?
Don’t get too focused on your studies, having fun is just as important. A balance is the key!

What do you wish you did during your freshman year that you didn’t?
To develop my own personal skills, I wish that I had taken more time to work on my own projects rather than just the assigned curriculum.

What do you like about UT Dallas?
I love the identity this campus has. Also, the friendliness of the students, staff and faculty is just amazing!

Why did you decide to attend UT Dallas?
When I was looking for colleges, I wanted a school that had a curriculum based on game design as well as computer science. At the time, there were very few schools that met the requirements, so I chose the school that was the most cost effective.

What has been your favorite/best UT Dallas experience so far?
There is no individual experience that stands out, as there are so many that contribute to the fun I’ve had so far!

What did you learn about college life that you didn’t know before?
Capitalize on the free shirts and food! You’ll be missing out otherwise!

What do you like to do to unwind after class?
Play video games, sleep, listen to music, hang out with friends or work on personal projects.
