What's New in Galaxy
Galaxy has been completely redesigned using the PeopleSoft Enterprise Portal product. This new platform integrates the University's important Web tools and services and makes them available from one location online.
Changes In Galaxy
In addition to sporting a completely new look and feel, the new Galaxy portal is the starting point for working in the Orion system, Gemini HR, and Gemini Financials. It also provides links to other services such as e-mail and eLearning. Additional tools and enhancements will be added as they become available.
For Students
Students can sign in to the new Galaxy to access Zmail, eLearning, My Parking, and all the Orion Self-Service tools (e.g., Student Center, Academic Records, etc.).
For Faculty
Class rosters, grade reports, paycheck stubs, payroll deductions, and eLearning are just some of the functions that are accessible through the new and improved Galaxy.
For Staff
UT Dallas staff can access pay stub information, including deductions and leave balances, as well as job-related tools such as Gemini Financials.
