The Human Capital Management (HCM) Fit/Gap Sessions are scheduled to take place from late January through most of February. The Fit/Gap Sessions are designed to discover how business processes for each campus differs from the standard PeopleSoft implementation.

Fit/Gap Sessions take place Monday through Thursday on the dates listed above.
If you need to attend any of these sessions remotely but have not received an email invitation, please contact john e. harvey, Gemini Project Communications Lead.
If you have misplaced your meeting information and need to learn specific connection details, please review the document FitGapSchedule_Info.doc located in the Campus Library > UTDallas folder of the Shared Services SharePoint web site.
You can connect remotely to the live video conference through the Austin NOC Codian bridge using the information listed in the above-mentioned FitGapSchedule_Info.doc. You will need to connect to the Austin NOC Codian bridge, and enter the following:

If you can connect to the Codian, but cannot get into the conference, contact the NOC at 512-471-2400.
If you are unable to connect to the Austin NOC Codian bridge, contact your campus technology department, or email video-scheduling@ots.utsystem.edu.

Highlights
