Lars Magnus Ericsson STEM Scholarship

The goal of this scholarship is to enhance diversity and support the retention of science, technology, engineering and math undergraduate students at UT Dallas. Funded by Ericsson, Inc., this scholarship can be used to cover education related expenses including tuition, fees, and housing. The Scholarship recipient will receive a one-time award of at least $2,000 in the fall of 2017. This scholarship is due on Friday, July 7, 2017 .

Keith – Huckaba Endowed Student Support Fund Award

The goal of this award is to enhance diversity, and support undergraduate and graduate students in a degree program at UT Dallas. Applicants must show significant financial need, have a record of academic excellence, and demonstrate service or advocacy for LGBTQIA (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, asexual, ally) communities. The Scholarship recipient will receive a one-time award of $1,000 in fall 2017. This scholarship is currently closed. .

Northwood Woman's Club Endowed Scholarship

Northwood Woman’s Club raises funds through annual charitable events and distributes these funds along with tens of thousands of volunteer hours to organizations that provide much needed services to women and children in Dallas, Denton and Collin counties. The organization established the endowed scholarship at UTD in 1986 with the goal of providing scholarships to undergraduate or graduate students attending UT Dallas. The members remain dedicated to providing funds to support this scholarship.

All applicants must be Texas resident, full-time degree-seeking juniors, seniors, or graduate students enrolled at or will transfer to UT Dallas. Applicants must have a FAFSA on file to demonstrate financial need to be considered. The award will be made on a competitive basis by a committee duly appointed by the president of UT Dallas.

Ann and Joseph Montemayor Memorial Scholarship

The goal of this scholarship is to provide financial assistance to qualified, highly motivated students who are graduates from a Texas High School or transfer students from a community college in Texas and have undergone a personal challenge that has made it difficult to achieve educational goals. The scholarship is open to first-time and continuing students at UT Dallas. Applicants must show significant financial need, have a record of academic achievement and demonstrate leadership through extracurricular activities or work. The Scholarship recipient will receive a one-time award of $1,000 in fall 2017. This scholarship is currently closed.
