Graduate Admissions

Graduate Admissions Page

Our students generally have a B.S. degree in geosciences or related fields with good academic performance.

Admission is considered on an individual basis, and decisions are made by an admission committee of four geosciences faculty headed by the graduate advisor.

We offer teaching and research assistantships on a competitive basis. Final decisions on admission and teaching and research assistantships are made by the department head.
