The Interfraternity Council at UT Dallas is the governing body for the five traditional social men's fraternities.

- Sigma Alpha Epsilon

- Pi Kappa Phi (Colony)
National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC)
National Pan-Hellenic Council at UT Dallas is the council responsible for the four historically African American organizations.
These groups include:
United Greek Council
(UGC)
The United Greek Council is compriseed of six organizations. This council brings together many different cultures and special interest groups.
These groups include:
- Delta Epsilon Psi Fraternity
- Lambda Phi Epsilon Fraternity
- Sigma Lambda Alpha Sorority
- Sigma Lambda Gamma Sorority (Colony)
- Omega Delta Phi Fraternity
