We offer a variety of videos, brochures, books and slides that can be viewed in the Health Education office, SU 1.606 or borrowed. Stop in and pick up information for yourself, a friend or a project for class.

A few of the many popular titles include:

• Cocktails and Condoms, Part 1 or 2.
  Real World Productions.
  This video is great for presentations on sexual health. It combines humor with active participation while focusing on sexuality, intimacy, safe sex practices, the role of alcohol with sex and much more!
  
• Not me: Innocence in the Time of AIDS
  Pyramid Film & Video.
  "Six HIV-positive young adults talk frankly with high school students about HIV and sexual transmission of the virus."
  
• Our Stories
  Meredith Messer.
  This video portrays a number of young adults who have been raped. Facts and statistics are also included, though they do not overpower the personal messages of the victims. Definitely a must see for all UTD students!
  
• Well Aware: An Introduction to Health Living
  Whole Person Press.
  This series of six videos addresses wellness and practical ideas for a healthy lifestyle. The series includes: Choose, Wellness, Exercise, Nutrition, Stress Management, Personal Environment and Motivation to Change.
  
• College Daze
  A segment from the CBS news show 48 Hours.
  This video explores the relationship between alcohol and college life.
  
• Yoga
  We have two Yoga videos. One focuses on relaxation, while the other concentrates on building strength.
