Banner Competition |
The deadlne to register to enter the Banner Competition has passed.
Registered student organizations may pick up twin sized sheets at the Center for Student Involvement (SU 2.506) on Friday, Oct. 23.
Please turn in completed banners to the Center for Student Involvement (SU 2.506) by Monday, Oct. 26 at 5 p.m.
Rules
- Banner must be on a twin size sheet (39 x 75 inches or 99 x 190 cm). It will be displayed around campus.
- Banner must be waterproofed (for example, sprayed with clear acrylic paint).
- Banner must adhere to Homecoming Rules: no foul language, alcohol, etc.
- Banner must relate to Homecoming theme, Carnival.
- Banner must include the organization's name.
- Banner must include "Homecoming 2009" and "40th Year."
Judging
Judging will be based on:
- Creativity
- Rules followed
- Clear and legible
- Use of theme
Points
A total of 100 points are available.
