UT Dallas offers on-campus housing to all students, staff, and faculty. Swimming pools, volleyball and basketball courts are complimentary amenities available to residents. Outdoor grills, billiards, foosball and ping-pong tables are located in apartment clubhouses. Quiet study centers are open to students as well.

Student housing is provided on campus with several affordable living choices for those who appreciate the advantage of being able to walk from their residence to class. All housing is reserved for UT Dallas students and offers a variety of floor plans and prices.

Locations include University Village, a community owned by UT Dallas and managed by American Campus Communities, and Waterview Park Apartments, a community owned by the Utley Foundation managed by University Partners.

UT Dallas will be offering more housing in the very near future with a 400-bed residence hall.

Freshman Housing

Recent high school graduates seeking housing at UT Dallas will live in University Village Phase VIII. See the Freshman Housing page for more information.

In accordance with University policy, all freshmen who choose to live on campus are required to live in either University Village Apartments or in the new suite-style residence hall, scheduled to open fall 2009.

General Student Housing

See the General Student Housing page if you are not a freshman. Non-freshman student housing is available to single and married sophomores, juniors, seniors, or graduate students, and faculty or staff members.

UT Dallas' Residential Life staff works with students to build community in University Village and our new residence hall. They also assist students with concerns related to living on campus. For more information please call (972) 883-5361.
