Available units are filled in order of priority and then by date and time stamp of application. UT Dallas has the right to reserve units in University Village.
Students with housing stipend scholarships (during their one-week spring renewal process) will receive priority. UT Dallas reserves the right to make appropriate changes in housing priorities and procedures as required. Changes will become effective whenever the appropriate authorities so determine and may apply to both prospective student residents and those already residing at University Village.
Space Availability
When a space becomes available, students will be contacted and given a designated time frame in which to respond.
Students who do not respond within the designated time frame will be contacted and given the option of remaining on the waiting list or canceling their housing application.
Students who do not respond will remain on the waiting list until 30 days after the next semester begins, at which time their application will be cancelled and their deposit refunded.
Students who wish to rejoin the waiting list at that time will be required to submit a new application with all applicable fees.
