Features and Amenities Non-freshman phases

Each apartment at University Village includes the following features:

  • Refrigerator/freezer with ice maker
  • Dishwasher
  • Electric stove/oven
  • Garbage disposal

  • Cable, internet and phone jacks in each room
  • Plush carpeting
  • Mini blinds
  • Central air conditioning/heat
  • Washer/dryer
  • Vinyl floors (kitchen/bathroom)

All apartments in University Village have a hard-wired internet connection per bed and in the living area. This amenity is included in the rental rate.

University Village apartments are currently equipped with a wireless computer network which provides Internet access. To take advantage of this option, students must make sure that their personal computers are equipped with a wireless modem.

Students may choose to sign up for cable, satellite or DSL service with an outside provider instead of using the provided network which is an amenity within each unit, but students are responsible for setting up and paying for this service.

In addition, University Village offers:
