University Village apartments offer students the convenience and comfort of home, within walking distance to class.

University Village apartments offer a variety of floor plans, and all feature a balcony, washer/dryer, refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven and dishwasher.
Apartment community amenities include a swimming pool, volleyball court, outdoor grills, study centers and a clubhouse with billiards and ping-pong tables.
Students can choose to purchase one of a variety of optional meal plans for our 28,000-square-foot dining hall. All-you-can eat, buffet-style meals that include vegetarian and health-conscious offerings are presented in a relaxed atmosphere where students, faculty and staff mingle to chat and dine.
Living here has many advantages, including unlimited access to all that Dallas and Fort Worth have to offer – great shops, restaurants, museums, art galleries, five major sports teams, live local bands and top-name entertainment. Everything is literally at your fingertips.
