University Village apartments and residence halls offer UT Dallas students the convenience and comfort of home, within walking distance to class.

Apartments
University Village apartments offer a variety of floor plans, and all feature a balcony, washer/dryer, refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven and dishwasher.
Residence Halls
University Village residence halls offer a fully furnished three bedroom suite including a loftable bed, desk, chair and dresser. Each suite has a shared bathroom with separate shower and toilet, as well as a common living area with a couch and built-in shelves for a small refrigerator, microwave and television.
Community Amenities
Housing community amenities include a swimming pool, sand volleyball court, outdoor grills, study centers and a clubhouse/lounge with billiards and ping-pong tables, and several outdoor basketball courts.
Meal Plans
Students can choose to purchase one of a variety of optional meal plans for our 28,000-square-foot dining hall. All-you-can-eat, buffet-style meals that include vegetarian and health-conscious offerings are presented in a relaxed atmosphere where students, faculty and staff mingle to chat and dine.
Students residing in the residence halls are required to purchase a meal plan. Information on these meal plans can be found at utdallas.edu/dining.
