This guide provides best practices for ensuring fairness and effective selection during all stages of the hiring process. It is a reference to a consistent process that should be used by Hiring Managers and Search Committee Chairs. This guide applies to Classified, Administrative & Professional (A&P [Administrative & Professional] ), and Non-Tenure Track Faculty positions. Any exceptions to this guide must be approved by the Director of Employment Services.
