Employee Performance Appraisal Process Update

It will soon be time to evaluate employees on their performance during the 2013 calendar year. The appraisal process plays a key role in the growth and development of our staff and faculty as our campus continues to elevate our status as a distinguished research institution.

Last year, the Chancellor required that all employees must have an annual appraisal completed during the fiscal year. This applies to all faculty and staff positions including A&P, classified, wage, temporary, and regular budgeted positions regardless of their FTE [Full-Time Equivalent] level. The following information will assist you and your school, division or department with the process. Additional questions may be directed to the Office of Human Resources.
