If you like the convenience of receiving your IRS Form W-2 via the web, you can act now to help make tax time less stressful. If you have never participated in our electronic W-2 program, then you must consent by January 8, 2010 to receive your Form W-2 electronically. If you’ve used our web W-2 in the past, you do not have to consent again. However, it would be a good idea to verify your email address. For more information, visit the W-2 Instruction page.

President Daniel has granted all full-time staff members 8 hours of administrative leave on Monday, December 21. Part-time staff will also get the day off. In his announcement he said this is a reward for outstanding performance this fiscal year. Combined with our FY 2010 holiday schedule, the day of leave allows the University to be closed for two weeks beginning December 21, 2009.
