Summary:
Function & Scope: Will provide clerical or technical support and may work with student workers. Duties may include imaging, data entry, telephone support and bulk mailings.
Essential Functions:
Typical Essential Functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Work with technological solutions and/or phones for communications
- Scanning/imaging
- Data entry
- Mailings
- Data security.
Marginal Functions:
Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervision:
Received: Close Supervision - Work is reviewed at several steps along the way for accuracy.
Given: May provide direction to student workers.
Education:
Required: High school diploma
Preferred: N/A
Experience:
Required: 1 yr. related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Computer skills.
- Data imaging/scanning skills desired.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior in working with confidential information
- Detail oriented, accurate and ability to prioritize information in a timely manner
- Active listener, communicator and ability to receive and follow directions
- Work affectively in team situations

If this is a supervisory position, the incumbent is expected to complete required supervisory training; orient, train and develop subordinates; provide appropriate coaching, guidance and supervision to subordinates; and complete annual performance evaluations.

Responsible for duties as assigned relating to internal controls including safe-guarding of department assets, reliability of department financial information, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
Any qualifications to be considered as equivalents, in lieu of stated minimums, require the prior written approval of the Assistant Vice President, Human Resources Management.
