The Employee Relations division of Human Resources Management offers consulting services to individuals and departments. Whether it's interpersonal conflict, performance management, or other workplace issues, we offer confidential consulting services designed to promote a positive and productive work environment for all UT Dallas employees. Our services include:

If you need to discuss a matter with the employee relations staff, we will maintain confidentiality in a manner consistent with State and Federal regulations. Some issues may require further investigation or consultation with other campus departments. In such cases, information will only be shared with other individuals on a need-to-know basis.
