Exit Interviews at UT Dallas
As a separating employee, you have valuable information that you can provide to the UT Dallas administration about your experience as an employee of the University. When you share your reasons for separating from the University, it gives you an opportunity to address concerns and make suggestions about ways in which the University could be improved.
We value your feedback. The exit interview helps us learn reasons why employees choose to leave UT Dallas, what steps the University could have taken to keep an employee, and actions we might take to reduce turnover, increase retention and employee satisfaction.
