Policy: UTD faculty and staff are required to comply with this manual. The University may require selected staff to document their understanding of this manual by completing training, signing training rosters, signing other related documents, or by other appropriate means as required. Failure to comply with this manual, failure to complete required training, and/or failure to provide documentation of compliance may result in appropriate discipline, up to and including dismissal from the University.
