Writing for ESL Students

Description: An important aspect of teaching ESL writers is being aware of the eminent presence of errors in one’s writing when composing in a second language. When responding to an ESL (English as a Second Language) student’s written work, you will find it helpful to have different strategies for responding to errors found in writing assignments. In this seminar you will hear a member of the faculty  share his expertise and his experience in responding to  the ESL student’s written work.

Target Audience: UTD Faculty and Teaching Assistants

Registration: Register by sending an email to oee@utdallas.edu (first and last name, email address, department, and seminar title)
