The University
The University of Texas at Dallas, is a young, dynamic research institution on the cutting edge of science, technology, medicine, business and the arts. The Community
There are many reasons they call Dallas the "Big D" including one of the largest urban arts districts in the country, shopping for the fashion-concious, dining for the gourmet, professional basketball, college football, rodeo, and much more!
The City of Plano, just north of UT Dallas' main campus is well-known for the annual Plano Balloon Festival. Plano is proud of its arts community, historic landmarks and museums.
The City of Richardson lying just north of Dallas, Texas, has cultural features to offer, including the Charles W. Eisemann Center for the Performing Arts and Corporate Presentations, the Cottonwood Art Festival and the Wildflower Arts and Music Festival.
