We work closely with faculty and staff in the Erik Jonsson School of Engineering and Computer Science and Jindal School of Management and augment our team as required with graduate students from all parts of the university who bring relevant skills in computer science and business.

Dr. Bose is the Executive Director of the Institute for Data Analytics in the Erik Jonsson School of Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Texas, Dallas. He is responsible for all research activities, funding and implementation of key programs within the Institute. He joined UT Dallas in 2013 after a distinguished career at major technology and consulting companies, including AT&T, Arthur Andersen and Siemens.
He received his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and Ph.D. in Operations Research from University of Texas, Austin. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is a Senior Member of IEEE. He has served on the Board of Governors of the IEEE Communications Society and as Technical Editor of IEEE Communications Magazine.
Bao Tran is the Program Director of the Institute for Data Analytics. He is a certified Project Management Professional with 25 years of managerial experience in new product development, telephony, wireless networks, 2.5G/3G technologies, and information technology.
Bao holds a B.S.E.E. and MS in Engineering Management as well as graduating the Community MBA program from UT Austin. He is a member of Tau Beta Pi – National Engineering Honor Society, American Society for Engineering Management, and Project Management Institute. ￼
Vijay Srikanth is the Project Assistant Director of the Institute for Data Analytics. She is responsible for software development for all special projects within the Institute and helps create solutions to solve software problems.
Vijay holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from University of Tulsa, OK, Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University, Karnataka India and is a member of the IEEE. ￼
Blake Younger is the Network and Systems Administrator to provide IT technical assistance, support, and advice to the QuEST Forum staff.
Prior to his current assignment, Blake worked as a Network Administrator and Help Desk Supervisor for an executive level staffing agency where he provided support for 225+ end users in 4 locations. Blake has also worked at Texas Instruments where he was a Process Engineer. ￼
Duk‐Jin Kim is the Software Systems Staff Specialist at the Institute for Data Analytics. His key responsibilities include design and development of the QuEST Forum Measurements Repository System (MRS), QuEST Forum portal, Benchmarking study engine, E-Learning & E-Shop systems, QuEST Forum mail system and E-Plan information system.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from University of Texas at Austin, a Master’s degree and a Ph.D. in Computer Science at University of Texas at Dallas. ￼
Jenny Wall is the Coordinator of Special Programs at the Institute for Data Analytics.
Jenny was previously employed at NEC America, Inc. for thirteen years in various responsibilities. Her last official role held at NEC America, Inc. was for the General Manager of the department. She attended St. Francis College.
Candace Dominick is the QuEST Forum TL 9000 Administrator at the Institute for Data Analytics.
Candace has been employed at UT Dallas since 2000, as a Customer Service Associate. In October 2009 she became the financial/budget analyst, who assists with internal administrative duties, contracts, policies and procedures, and human resources as well as monitoring, administering, and coordinating budgets and financial reviews. ￼
